The exhibition focuses on works that address issues of precarious work in culture and factors that influence precarious working conditions in the context of neoliberal capitalism. The main goal of this exhibition is to initiate discussion over problematic issues faced by young people in the cultural field, to show the continuity of the unstable artistic and cultural field, and to emphasize the necessity of connections between cultural workers.

The group exhibition of local artists WORK, (DIS)ORDER AND (SELF)DISCIPLINE: the invisible action of workers in culture is the result of the pilot project NOVAci of the curatorial collective WHW and Pogon – Zagreb Center for Independent Culture and Youth. As part of the project, curators Ana Kovačić and Lea Vene mentored young curator Tena Starčević for six month, who was selected on the basis of a public call.

At the opening of the exhibition, the performance Arbajt (2021) by Šimun Stankov, Una Štalcar-Furač and Espi Tomičić will be performed.

Exhibiting artists are Vanja Babić, Marko Vojnić Gin, Šimun Stankov, Una Štalcar-Furač, Espi Tomičić, Mia Maraković, Tara Ivanišević, Morana Radočaj, Klara Berdais and Dora Slakoper.
