The symposium and exhibitions organized in Budapest are connected to a project with the same title initiated by the What, How and for Whom? \/ WHW, who organized exhibitions in this theme since the Fall of 2008 all within the framework of <em>Art Always has its consequences<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In this issue of Galerija Nova newspaper we present a selection of papers that were written for the symposium and interviews with the participants.
