From September 2013 to August 2014, WHW was the curator of the seventh edition of the international multidisciplinary festival Meeting Points<\/strong><\/em>, founded by the Young Arab Theater Fund<\/strong> from Brussels. As part of the festival, WHW<\/strong> organized a series of international group exhibitions called Ten thousand wiles and a hundred thousand tricks<\/em> which took place in Zagreb (Galerija Nova, September 2013), Antwerp (MuHKA, November 2013), Cairo (Contemporary Image Collective, February 2014). ), Hong Kong (Para Site, March 2014), Beirut (Beirut Art Center, April 2014), Vienna (21er Haus, in cooperation with the Wiener Festwochen, May 2014), and Moscow (Institute for African Studies, in cooperation with V-A-C foundation, July 2014).<\/p>\n

Meeting Points<\/strong><\/em> is a multidisciplinary contemporary art event focused on a contextualized presentation of art created in the Arab world. “Wiles and tricks” alludes to the fact that the foundations of highly complex, unfinished social processes never rest, as we can see in the Arab revolutions and the radical reshaping of the development of capitalism throughout the world.<\/p>\n
