What, How & for Whom\/WHW<\/strong> (established in Zagreb in 1999) is a curatorial collective based in Zagreb and Berlin, whose members are Ivet \u0106urlin, Ana Devi\u0107, Nata\u0161a Ili\u0107<\/strong> and Sabina Sabolovi\u0107<\/strong>, along with designer and publicist Dejan Kr\u0161i\u0107<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In 2018 WHW collective launched an independent international study program for emerging artists called WHW Akademija<\/a>, based in Zagreb.<\/p>\n

From 2003 – 2023 WHW was running the program of Gallery Nova, a city-owned gallery in Zagreb. From June 2019 to June 2024 members of the collective Ivet \u0106urlin, Nata\u0161a Ili\u0107 and Sabina Sabolovi\u0107 were Artistic Directors of Kunsthalle Wien. In that period, on behalf of the collective Ana Devi\u0107 was running WHW\u2019s Zagreb-based programs: WHW Akademija and Gallery Nova. In August 2024, Ivet \u0106urlin, Nata\u0161a Ili\u0107 and Sabina Sabolovi\u0107 were appointed as Artistic Directors of the next edition of Skulptur Projekte M\u00fcnster, to be held in 2027.<\/p>\n

Zagreb WHW team also consists of curator Ana Kova\u010di\u0107<\/strong> and financial and EU project manager Gordana Bori\u0107<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
