On March 29 and 30, an archive reading workshop for high school students was held at the School of Applied Art and Design and the Ribnjak Youth Center.
Researcher and artist Andreja Dugandžić and artist Lala Raščić from the Association for Culture and Art Crvena (Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina) held a workshop on reading archives related to their long-term research on the Women’s Anti-Fascist Front. The workshop with students of the School of Applied Art and Design continues the work of Crvena, which is aimed at creating and maintaining conditions for progressive social change through the development of self-management capacities, as well as critical and imaginative horizons.
Crvena presented the archive that they created and the individual works of art that are based on it, with an emphasis on the Polet žena in the Historical Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In groups, the students created boards using the collage technique, which were presented at the end of the workshop at the Youth Center Ribnjak.
